About the Job
DuaCrypto is seeking a Blockchain / Web3 Developer to join our expanding tech team — with a strong focus on FinTech, and a crypto- and AI-first mindset.
Are you passionate about Web3, blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized applications (dApps)? Do you want to build cutting-edge FinTech platforms that empower users with greater control over their digital finances and online interactions?
As a hands-on developer, you’ll work closely with our technical team to design and build an intuitive, high-performance, and secure platform, playing a key role in shaping its architecture and core functionality.
Your Role
- Develop and maintain live platform features and new modules
- Write clean, structured, reusable, and scalable code
- Integrate AI tools to enhance development, testing, and architectural decision-making
- Collaborate with product and founding teams to deliver high-impact features
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Contribute to defining technical strategy, best practices, and engineering standards
Technical Requirements
1. Blockchain Fundamentals
- Deep understanding of blockchain architecture & Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
- Consensus mechanisms: PoW, PoS, DPoS, PBFT
- Cryptography concepts: hashing, public/private keys, Merkle trees
2. Smart Contracts
- Hands-on experience with Solidity (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon)
- Familiarity with key token standards:
- ERC-20 (fungible tokens)
- ERC-721 (NFTs)
- ERC-1155 (multi-token standard)
3. Programming Languages
- Solidity (required)
- JavaScript / TypeScript (required)
- Python (required)
- Go or Rust (considered a plus)
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Web3 technologies (blockchain, NFTs, dApps)
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and/or Java/C++
- Experience deploying serverless backends (e.g., Cloudflare Workers or similar)
- Understanding of how to integrate AI tools into development, testing, and architecture
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with ability to implement clear technical solutions
- Mid-level (Middle): Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Italian language skills are a plus (not mandatory, but preferred)
