**Role Responsibilities:**
The role coordinates production shifts and daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, adherence to timelines, and product quality according to the assigned production schedules.
**Main Tasks:**
- Supervises the production and maintenance activities carried out by line operators
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of work areas on the production line
- Ensures the proper setup, operation, and use of machinery, equipment, and tools by shift personnel
- Ensures compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborates with the Manufacturing Manager to identify and resolve issues, proposing improvement solutions
- Participates in production data analysis to improve performance
- In collaboration with the Quality department, ensures the quality of released production and the handling of non-conforming products, analyzing issues to agree on definitive solutions
- In collaboration with the Manufacturing Manager and HR, defines development plans for team members
**Requirements:**
- Knowledge of manual and semi-automatic assembly processes
- Mechanical and maintenance skills
- Familiarity with JIT production techniques and methodologies: 5S, One Piece Flow, Kanban
- Ability to read and interpret production KPIs and quality indicators
- Skills in machine setup, adjustment, safe start-up, and operation
- English required; Italian is a plus
