We are seeking an experienced

to join our legal marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO and GEO (visibility within LLMs), with a strong focus on content marketing.
You will be responsible for optimizing our clients' websites, creating AI-assisted content, and executing various SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase leads.
We aren't looking for someone to check boxes or follow a standard SEO SOP. We are looking for an
**architect**
. Your job will involve working with lawyers across the US, understanding their practice areas, markets, and brands, and engineering a comprehensive visibility strategy that wins.
You will bridge the gap between traditional search and the new era of AI-driven discovery (Perplexity, SearchGPT, Gemini). You don’t just "do" SEO; you solve the puzzle of how a potential client finds a lawyer in a fragmented digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to clients' websites.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
- Perform technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the broader marketing team with integrated campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to look at a spreadsheet and see a narrative, not just a list.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Legal marketing experience, understanding the nuances of "Attorney Advertising" rules, high-intent legal keywords (e.g., "Car accident lawyer vs. Personal injury attorney"), and the high-stakes nature of the legal industry.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as PPC, social media, and email marketing.
