**A Bit About Us**

1SecondLeads specializes in building proven outbound systems that consistently generate 5–15 qualified sales calls per month for marketing and creative agencies.

We do this by running highly targeted, multi-channel cold campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and SMS. Each campaign is tailored to real-time buying signals, precise niches, and role-specific pain points, while positioning our client’s offering as the solution.

**Role Description**

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between the replies that are generated from the campaigns and the booked meetings on our client's calendar.

You’ll start with a one-month internship so we can see how you think and operate in real situations. After that, you’ll move into a full-time role as a Client Response Strategist.

Your responsibility is simple in theory but critical in execution: handle replies intelligently and convert as many of them as possible into real sales opportunities for our clients.

**Your Day-to-Day in This Role**

- Monitor replies across email, LinkedIn, and SMS
- Quickly understand the context behind each reply: what campaign it originated from, what angle was used in that campaign, what pain point was targeted, what outcome was promised, and what case study was referenced
- Respond like a human: match the tone of the responder, book meetings when high intent is present, send relevant info to the “tell me more” replies and convert them into calls
- Stay organized with follow-ups so no warm leads get dropped if they're not immediately booked
- Lukewarm calling when needed: if someone showed interest, didn’t book, or no-showed, you pick up the phone and re-coordinate like a normal person

**Qualifications**

- Basic B2B outbound knowledge and understanding how cold outreach and sales work together
- Strong ability to recognize, analyze, and absorb context
- Proficient but not dependent on AI (you use AI as an assistant, not the other way around)
- Top-tier written and spoken English
- Comfortable with short phone conversations
- Highly organized
- Human, logical communication style
- Experience with cold email or B2B outbound in general is a plus, but not a must
- Mild OCD is a plus but not required
- A sense of humor is required!

**Important note**

This role is not for everyone. If you need strict scripts, constant supervision, or rely on AI to think for you, this will not be a good fit.
