**Job Responsibility:**
The
**Global Product Data Specialist**
is responsible for managing and supporting product data workflows, marketing material creation, and content publication across
**WSA’s**
global and local market channels.
This role ensures accurate and high-quality product assets in the PIM and CMS systems, coordinates enablement projects for new markets, and governs support processes under defined SLAs. Acting as a bridge between global configuration and local tailoring, the position requires coordination with brands, agencies, and market teams to maintain a seamless digital commerce experience
***Your responsibilities include:***
**BAU Support & Governance**
- Upload and manage product images, maintaining quality standards; resolve delivery issues with brands and agencies.
- Prepare and publish marketing materials in collaboration with global and local teams.
- Administer CMS workflows, including handling and publishing translations.
- Build and update product category structures in PIM, executing change requests (CRs) as needed in cooperation with Product Owners and Platform Owners in the eCommerce space.
- Govern ticket handling and workflow compliance across CMS, PIM, and product data processes.
- Prepare training materials for onboarding, market enablement, and SLA/web governance compliance.
- Monitor SLA performance to maintain consistent turnaround on support requests.
**Global Tailoring**
- Create and manage the Global Master Product Catalogue.
- Configure global bundles and configurable products.
- Update global product attributes and categorize before publication.
- Set global release and phase-out timelines.
- Maintain master versions and translation templates.
- Publish or unpublish products in local channels and assign them to categories globally.
- Coordinate launches with local teams and marketing.
**Local Tailoring**
- Decide market-specific product visibility.
- Localize product attributes, names, and descriptions.
- Manage local release and phase-out schedules.
- Upload compliant local images.
- Tailor products and services for local market needs.
- Adjust product ranking for local presentation in bundles.
- Connect products to local categories and manage visibility rules for customer groups.
**Enablement for New Markets**
- Support ShopXP go-to market projects and managing timelines for global setup and tailoring.
- Conduct training and onboarding sessions for PIM workflows, translation uploads, and tailoring processes.
- Develop and distribute training content to ensure consistent knowledge transfer across markets.
**Qualifications:**
***Must-Have Skills:***
- Experience in Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Strong understanding of CMS workflows and translation processes.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (global, local, brands).
- Attention to detail in product data quality and classification.
- Project management skills, especially in multi-market enablement.

- By nature, you are service-minded and have a positive attitude
- You are a responsible person taking full ownership of tasks in a well-organized manner
