- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns for Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.de across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels, including Streaming platforms and YouTube.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge measurement and attribution frameworks to maximize the effectiveness of both offline and online marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance by integrating KPIs with core business data, identifying strategic growth opportunities using advanced analytics tools.
- Oversee strategic budget management and allocation across channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and sustainable brand growth.

- 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling complex online and offline marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven approach, with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or BigQuery as a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a keen attention to detail and a structured mindset for managing multiple high-stakes projects and campaigns.
- Extensive experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships at a senior level.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential.
- Expertise in programmatic media buying and shaping creative strategy and direction is highly desirable.
