Nelt sh.p.k, part of the Nelt Group, one of the leading distribution companies in the Western Balkans, is looking for a Demand Planner to join our growing team.
🔎
**Key Responsibilities**
Monitor, analyze, and forecast product demand to ensure optimal inventory levels
Plan and manage replenishment orders, ensuring timely procurement and stock availability
Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and principals to align supply with market needs
Analyze sales trends and prepare weekly/monthly demand forecasts
Maintain data accuracy in planning tools and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support continuous improvement of demand planning processes
Coordinate inventory planning for promotional activities and marketing materials
Ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements
🎯
**Requirements**
University degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or a related field
Good command of English (written & spoken)
Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/planning systems
Basic understanding of financial indicators and reports
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
