**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Social Media Content Creator. The role involves creating engaging and original content for various social media platforms, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns. Additionally, the Social Media Content Creator will stay updated on current trends to ensure content remains relevant and appealing.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
- Strong skills in copywriting, creative storytelling, and visual design
- Ability to utilize analytics to track performance and refine strategies
- Experience in planning and executing successful social media campaigns
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
