**Role Description**
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack PHP Developer to lead the rebuild of an existing e-commerce platform using Shopware for a Germany-based client. This is a full-time, on-site role in Tirana and a key leadership position within the project.
As a Senior Full Stack PHP Developer, you will be responsible for both the architecture and hands-on development of a new international Shopware-based shop system. You will work closely with stakeholders, guide other developers, and actively contribute to coding and implementing the system. The new shop will be built based on the existing shop system, incorporating its features and workflows while being developed as a fresh Shopware solution. You will ensure the project is executed efficiently, securely, and in line with best practices.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) and software architecture
- Solid understanding of e-commerce systems, workflows, and integrations
- Experience with Symfony (required for Shopware 6); Laravel experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (React/Next.js) for effective back-end integration
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and database optimization
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Tirana and collaborate in a team-driven environment
- Experience leading projects or acting as a technical lead is a plus
- Experience working with international clients, especially on German-market projects, is a plus
- Good English communication skills; German is a bonus
- Proven experience with Shopware (Shopware 5 and/or Shopware 6) is a plus
