**Role Description**
The Brand Manager oversees the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive business growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tirana, Albania, and involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and consumer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. The Brand Manager will also monitor brand performance metrics and manage budgets to maximize return on investment.

- Expertise in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Execution
- Strong Analytical and Research skills for tracking brand performance and understanding market trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Sales, Design, and Product Development
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Experience with Budget Management and optimizing investments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in branding tools and marketing software is a plus
- Knowledge of the Balkan market and cultural context is advantageous
