**The Role**

**We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager**
to lead and scale our restaurant partner network. You will own the full commercial cycle from acquiring new restaurant partners to activating and retaining them — while leading a team of 10 (6 direct, 4 indirect reports). This is a senior individual contributor and people manager role with direct impact on company revenue and market share.

**What You'll Own**

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of
**6 direct**

sales and account management professionals
- Drive acquisition of new restaurant and food business partners across assigned territories
- Own partner onboarding, activation, and performance KPIs (GMV, order volume, take rate)
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key restaurant chains and independent operators
- Design and execute territory sales plans, forecasts, and weekly pipeline reviews
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner-facing campaigns, promotions, and subscription program activations (Baboon+)
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic responses
- Report directly to the CEO with clear metrics, insights, and recommendations

**What We're Looking For**

- 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in food tech, FMCG, hospitality, or marketplace platforms
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and developing sales teams
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset comfortable with CRM tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Excellent communication skills in
**Albanian and English**
- **Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment**

**Nice to Have**

- Experience in the food delivery or on-demand economy
- Familiarity with the Albanian restaurant & shops market (HORECA)
- Experience with subscription or loyalty program sales
