**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct audits and financial reviews in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions using accounting and banking software.
- Analyze financial data to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Assist in training or supporting junior accounting staff as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or similar.
- Experience: 1–3 years in auditing, accounting, or banking roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and financial interpretation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English.
