Jupiter is seeking a detail-oriented Tailwind CSS Specialist to lead our front-end styling and maintain high-performance web interfaces. This role is centered on leveraging a utility-first CSS approach to build scalable, responsive components and complex form flows. While these updates are implemented within Webflow, we are looking for a specialist who thinks in Tailwind and modular CSS architecture to ensure site stability and design consistency.
Platform Implementation
- Implementing Tailwind-driven design systems into visual development environments
- Managing page structure using semantic HTML (sections, containers, divs, classes)
- Managing reusable components and global symbols for maximum efficiency
- Experience in publishing and deploying updates safely within a CMS framework
- Ensuring class-naming conventions remain clean and scalable
Tailwind & Modern CSS
- Mastery of Tailwind CSS, including utility-first workflows and configuration
- Expert understanding of CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, and custom properties
- Ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect Tailwind code
- Proficiency in writing custom CSS or JavaScript snippets when utility classes require extension
- Understanding of how global style changes impact site-wide performance and accessibility
UI/UX & Quality Assurance
- Ability to review responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile using a mobile-first Tailwind approach
- Rigorous testing of component states (hover, focus, active) to ensure high-quality interactions
- High attention to detail to ensure Tailwind utility application is consistent across all pages
- Identifying and fixing layout shifts or style regressions during the development process.
