**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Employee based in Tirana. The Sales Employee will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth is essential.
**Qualifications**
- Sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and contract negotiation
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Market research, lead generation, and prospecting experience
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
