Sales Manager – Levita (Tirana, Albania)

The Role
You'll own the
**mid-market sales engine**
— building and managing relationships with pharmacies and clinics across Albania (and soon expanding). While leadership focuses on enterprise and institutional partnerships,
**you run the field**
.
What You'll Do
- **Hunt and close**
pharmacies and clinics partnerships as our two core distribution channels
- Build a repeatable sales process from outreach to onboarding
- Manage the full pipeline — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
- **Hire and lead**
your own sales team as we scale
- Report directly to the founder
Who You Are
- 2-5 years in B2B sales, ideally in
**healthcare, pharma, or retail distribution**
in the Balkans
- You know how pharmacy owners and clinic managers think and buy
- Fluent in
**Albanian**
