We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating new EoR hires, managing employment documentation, and ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new client cases once they decide to move forward with hiring
- Collaborate with partners and clients to collect all required information
- Gather employee details, employment terms, and end client data
- Draft and finalize employment agreements with accuracy
- Send contracts and ensure everything is in place for a smooth start
- Proactively update clients on case progress, missing documents, or delays
- Coordinate a seamless onboarding process before transitioning to the payroll team
- Communicate with existing clients and partners, responding to day-to-day queries in a timely and professional manner
- Research and resolve client queries on employment, contracts, and onboarding, escalating when needed, but always owning the follow-up
- Report to the Onboarding Manager
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with partners and clients.
- A client-first mindset, responsive, reliable, and always willing to find the right answer
- Experience in HR, onboarding, or a similar role, ideally within an EoR
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on efficiency.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and take on new processes beyond your initial scope
- Familiarity with remote work environments and international teams is a plus.
- Familiar with AI tools, or at least open to learning to use AI tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
