**Role Description**
The Menaxhere Zyre (Office Manager) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring their efficiency. The role includes managing administrative tasks, supervising office staff, maintaining records, arranging meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves effective communication with staff, clients, and external service providers to provide an organized and supportive workspace.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in office management, scheduling, document management, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to supervise staff, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Albanian and English, and the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently while maintaining a focus on organizational goals.
- Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in office administration, management, or a related role is highly valued.
