**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Real Estate Agent. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and conducting property viewings. You will manage a portfolio of listings, negotiate transactions, perform market research, and ensure clients are provided with informed recommendations throughout the real estate process. Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving set performance goals will be a key part of this role.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the real estate market, property transactions, and legal processes in Albania
- Ability to analyze market trends and perform comparable property research
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and property listing platforms
- Fluency in Albanian and English; additional languages are a plus
- Proactive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and target-driven approach
- Experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
