**Position:**

Medical Sales Representative – Dental Products & Aligners

**Reports to:**

Sales Manager & CEO

**Job Summary:**

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's transparent aligners and other dental products to orthodontists, dentists, and dental clinics. The role focuses on building strong relationships with dental professionals, increasing product adoption, expanding the client base, and achieving sales targets.

The position requires a combination of
**sales skills, product knowledge, and relationship management**

to support dental professionals in understanding the clinical and commercial value of the company's products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Sales & Business Development**

- Promote and sell the company’s
**transparent aligners and dental clinic products**
to orthodontists, dentists, and dental clinics.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and implement territory sales plans.

**Client Relationship Management**

- Build strong professional relationships with dental professionals and clinic managers.
- Conduct regular visits to dental clinics to present products and provide updates.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and dental professionals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding product usage and ordering processes.

**Product Presentation & Training**

- Present and demonstrate the company’s aligner system and dental products to dentists and orthodontists.
- Provide basic product training to clinics when necessary.
- Attend dental conferences, exhibitions, and professional events to promote the company.

**Market Intelligence**

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Report insights from the field to support sales and marketing strategies.

**Reporting**

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client visits.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

**Qualifications:**

**Education**

- Bachelor’s degree in
**Business Administration, Marketing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences**
, or a related field.

**Experience**

- Minimum
**3 years of sales experience**
, preferably in
**medical, pharmaceutical, or dental products**
.
- Experience working with
**dental clinics or orthodontists**
is a strong advantage.

**Skills**

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to present medical or technical products effectively.
- Results-oriented with strong sales motivation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Technical Skills**

- Proficiency in
**Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**

- Experience using
**CRM systems**
is an advantage.

**Other Requirements**

- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
