**👉 IT Field Services & Configuration Engineer**
**Our company has over 20 years of experience in major projects with public and private institutions, including: ICT Infrastructure, Security and Surveillance Systems, Data Networks, Automation, and Telecommunication Solutions.**
📌 JOB DESCRIPTION:
The IT Field Services & Configuration Engineer is responsible for the on-site deployment, configuration, and support of IT systems and network infrastructure, in accordance with project specifications and customer requirements. This role includes hands-on setup of systems, testing, and ensuring smooth operation post-installation.
✅ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs field installations, configurations, and testing of IT and communication systems.
• Sets up servers, switches, routers, surveillance systems, wireless networks, and other field equipment.
• Ensures proper configuration of software and hardware systems according to project plans.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves technical issues on-site.
• Prepares technical documentation, system checklists, and reports.
• Coordinates with project management and technical design teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Provides training and technical support to end-users and internal teams.
• Adheres to safety regulations and best practices in the field.
**🎯 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
**• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.**
**• Minimum 3–5 years of field experience in IT infrastructure deployment or system integration.**
**• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewall configurations).**
**• Experience with Windows/Linux server configuration, IP camera systems, access control, and VoIP systems is a plus.**
**• Proficient in troubleshooting and system diagnostics.**
**• Ability to read and understand technical schematics and system layouts.**
**• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.**
**• English proficiency.**
**• Category B driving License.**
