Tirana International Airport is looking for a motivated and commercially driven
**Cargo Commercial Specialist**
to support the growth and development of our cargo business.

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in cargo, logistics, or air freight services who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the long-term growth of airport cargo operations.

**Key Purpose of the Role**

The
**Cargo Commercial Specialist**
will play a key role in expanding and optimizing cargo operations at Tirana International Airport by attracting new customers, analyzing market opportunities, segmenting the cargo portfolio, improving revenue performance, and supporting targeted marketing initiatives.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Business Development & Market Growth**

- Identify and develop new cargo business opportunities with airlines, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and other relevant partners.
- Support the implementation of strategies to increase cargo traffic and expand TIA’s cargo customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.

**Customer Segmentation & Revenue Development**

- Analyze customer profiles and business potential to support effective segmentation of the cargo market.
- Propose tailored service solutions based on customer needs and commercial potential.
- Monitor customer performance and support initiatives aimed at improving revenue generation and profitability.

**Marketing & Commercial Analysis**

- Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives that promote TIA’s cargo services and strengthen its position in the market.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare promotional materials, campaigns, and business presentations.
- Track and assess the effectiveness and return on investment of commercial and marketing activities.

**Stakeholder Management & Operational Coordination**

- Work closely with internal operational teams to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with airlines, logistics operators, business partners, and relevant authorities.
- Prepare regular reports, business insights, and performance updates related to cargo development activities.

**Candidate Profile**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum
**3 years of relevant experience**
in cargo business development, logistics, freight forwarding, or air cargo services.
- Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated professional attitude.
