**Role Description**
This is a contract-based remote role for a Web Development Partner. The Web Development Partner will lead the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of CNVP's digital platforms, focusing on user experience, platform optimization, and functionality. Responsibilities include developing dynamic websites, integrating features and tools, troubleshooting issues, ensuring responsive design, and updating content in collaboration with CNVP's communication team. The role also involves aligning technical solutions with the organization's expertise in climate resilience, sustainable development, and rural community upliftment.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in web development frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with content management systems, database management, and server-side scripting.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles to ensure responsive and user-friendly website designs.
- Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing web applications for performance.
- Ability to collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and align with project outlines and objectives.
- Familiarity with tools like Git for version control and experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Understanding of environmental, sustainability, or NGO projects is a plus.
- Degree or proven equivalent experience in Computer Science, Web Development, or related fields preferred.
