We’re Hiring: Chef de Partie – Breakfast & Staff Kitchen
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in breakfast service and staff dining.
About the Role:
As our Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will lead the morning kitchen brigade, delivering exceptional breakfast service for our guests while ensuring our staff are nourished and energized for the day ahead. You will bring creativity, consistency, and a love for morning cuisine to every plate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the breakfast station with precision and efficiency
• Prepare and execute high-quality breakfast menus for guests and staff
• Supervise and mentor junior cooks and kitchen assistants on shift
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are maintained at all times
• Manage mise en place, stock rotation, and minimize food waste
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on seasonal menu development
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Line Cook
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine — hot, cold, pastry, and egg cookery
• A team player with natural leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced morning environment
• Food Safety Level 2 certification (or equivalent)
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays
