UTDS Optimal Choice is a growing digital agency based in the heart of Tirana, working with international clients on web, advertising, and digital growth projects. We are now looking for a motivated and proactive Junior SEO and content assistant to join our ambitious team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow into a full-fledged digital marketing professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the existing team in designing and implementing SEO and content strategies for our clients. You will be working closely with our team to increase traffic, engagement, and visibility, identify areas of improvement, and create visual and on-page content.
Essential for Your Success:
• A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Hands-on experience of working on websites and WordPress (Elementor Pro experience a plus)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and how businesses use them
• Understanding of key SEO principles and strategy
• Proactive attitude and team-first approach
• English language fluency at C1 level or above (business is conducted entirely in English)
What You’ll Do:
- Working alongside existing team to support them in SEO based activities across various channels.
- Implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility and rankings.
- Conducting website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
- Generating insightful reports to track and analyse digital marketing performance
