The Offer:

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 15:00 – 23:00 CET (9am-5pm NY Time)

The Opportunity: We are hiring a Sales Manager for a growing US-based Solar Installation company. This is a dynamic leadership role where you will be the driving force behind the company's revenue growth. You will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, moving beyond individual selling to actively building lead lists, mentoring a sales team, and optimizing the outbound and inbound sales strategy.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, target-driven sales leader with hands-on experience in the solar industry. You know how to source high-quality leads, coach representatives to close deals, and build a high-performing sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead Generation: Actively build, manage, and optimize lead lists and prospecting pipelines to ensure the team has a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
- Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales funnel from initial outreach to contract signing, identifying bottlenecks and improving closing rates.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly KPIs, track team metrics in the CRM, and tie performance directly to team bonus structures.
- Coaching & Training: Conduct regular role-play sessions, call reviews, and training modules to elevate the team's pitching and objection-handling skills.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership on sales forecasts, team performance, and market trends.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years in Sales, with direct experience in Solar Sales and at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
- Lead Generation: Proven track record of independently building lead lists and developing successful outreach campaigns.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency with modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the solar market, installation processes, and value propositions for customers.
- Drive: Highly competitive and results-oriented, motivated by team success and performance bonuses.
