Jupiter BPO is hiring a dynamic and professional Sales Specialist fluent in German and English. You’ll be responsible for making outbound phone calls to re-engage and reactivate users on our client’s platform. If you're confident, customer-focused, and love speaking with people, this role is for you!
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday)
🟣Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to German-speaking users
- Reactivate and support users through the onboarding process
- Provide friendly, clear, and professional assistance
- Record call outcomes and feedback in CRM

- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or phone support is a plus
- Clear communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
