**What You'll Do:**
📦 Handle order entry with precision and efficiency.
📧 Answer customer emails to resolve problems/complaints, enter orders, and respond to customer reviews.
🔄 Adapt to evolving roles, with the potential to grow into call center responsibilities.
📈 Monitor metrics and fulfill the workload, both individually and as part of a team.
📝 Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
📂 Monitor and comply with work procedures and detailed documentation required to work with consumers.
**Skills Required:**
💻 Excellent computer skills.
🗣️ Excellent knowledge of English (spoken, written, & read).
📅 Discipline, self-organization, and responsibility.
🤝 Ability to work independently and in a team.
🔍 Openness to learning new tools and technologies.
🗂️ An organized approach to work.
🔗 Ability to effectively communicate with other departments internally about issues/errors that occur.
**Preferred Skills (Not Required):**
🖥️ Experience in data entry.
🗃️ Previous experience in order entry.
📞 Previous work experience in a customer support and communication center.
🇺🇸 Previous experience working with a United States customer base.
