Visa Specialist

We are looking for a Visa Specialist to join our team and support international clients who want to travel or relocate to Albania.
**Role Overview**
The Visa Specialist will manage visa-related processes for foreign nationals, guiding them through documentation, applications, and requirements to enter and stay in Albania.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist foreign clients with visa applications and documentation
- Provide guidance on visa requirements and procedures for Albania
- Manage client inquiries and support requests through a ticketing system
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities when needed
- Ensure all applications are processed accurately and on time
- Maintain organized records and client communication
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in this field
**(MANDATORY)**
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and follow processes carefully
- Professional level of English (additional languages are a plus)
**Working Schedule**
- Two shifts available:
- 9:00 – 17:00
- 12:00 – 20:00
