We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The role involves creating visual assets, marketing materials, packaging designs, 3D packaging renderings, and digital content from concept to final delivery. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 – 23:00 CET
Location: Hybrid/ In Office
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create packaging designs from scratch or based on established branding guidelines.
- Design packaging materials for multiple products - boxes, labels, and wrapping components - within strict deadlines and budgets.
- Develop and implement branding and packaging designs that increase brand visibility in the marketplace.
- Use software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other vector-based programs to create packaging designs.
- Create spec sheets, sales/marketing materials, packaging designs, 3D packaging renderings, and visualizations such as endcap displays or planograms.
- Produce CAD file export and cutting layout preparation work using SolidWorks (from scratch or by modifying existing files), along with high-quality 3D renderings for presentations, CMF callouts, packaging images, and lifestyle visuals.
- Build die-lines including layers for artwork, cutting, flipping, UV coating, embossing, and debossing.
- Produce mockup previews for each package.
- Create high-quality mockups and prototypes for design evaluation and client presentations.
- Develop digital shelf assets for online retailers.
- Collaborate with marketing development teams to understand product requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to develop packaging designs that appeal to consumers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in packaging design and sustainability.
- Create sell sheets or spec sheets containing key product information (product name, UPC code, mockups, hanger type, key specifications, etc.) for the marketing team.
- Work on design series for specific brands, often handling multiple brands simultaneously.
- Occasionally create PowerPoint marketing sell sheets for entire product lines, beyond individual products.
**Required Skills**
- Experience in graphic and 3D design, including creating spec sheets, sales materials, and visual assets.
- Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Comfortable creating mockups, prototypes, and 3D renderings.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and good organizational skills.
- A degree or an equivalent training in Graphic Design, or/and other relevant fields would be a plus.
