**About the role:**
We are looking for a smart, resourceful assistant to be our radar for international opportunities. In this role, your primary focus (70%) will be identifying EU funding calls (Horizon Europe, Eureka, EIC), scouting for open consortiums, and researching potential partners. The remaining 30% will focus on keeping our internal operations sharp and organized.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Opportunity Scouting & Partnerships (70%)**

- Actively monitor funding portals (Horizon Europe, Eureka, Digital Europe) to identify relevant open calls for AI, Smart Cities, and Deep Tech.
- Research and identify winning consortiums and key coordinators (Universities, Big Industry players, Research organizations) who are forming teams.
- Assist in drafting initial outreach messages and "Expertise Profiles" to pitch QX as a partner for upcoming grants.
- Read and summarize complex call documents into one-page briefings for the CEO (What is it? Are we eligible? Is it worth our time?).
- Coordinate parents and deliverables under project requirements.

**2. Business Operations (30%)**

- Manage the internal "heartbeat" of the company: updating Jira boards, organizing data, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Coordinate schedules, set up meetings with international stakeholders, and handle follow-up communications.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the core team can focus on product and strategy.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

- **The "Detective" Mindset:**
You love digging for information. You can find the email of a Project Manager in France or a specific grant detail buried in a 50-page PDF.
- **Fearless Communicator:**
You are comfortable reaching out to international partners and have excellent written English.
- **Tech-Savvy:**
You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to speed up your work (e.g., summarizing documents, drafting emails). Proficiency in Jira, Notion, and Slack is a must.
- **Organized but Agile:**
You can switch from deep research to scheduling a board meeting without missing a beat.
- **Experience:**
1–3 years in business development, research, project coordination, or a similar role.
*Experience with EU grants or tenders is a massive plus.*

**What We Offer:**

- **High-Level Exposure:**
You will learn how high-end projects are built and funded.
- **Growth Path:**
Opportunity to grow into a full Partnerships Manager or Project Manager role.
- Competitive compensation aligned with your experience.
