**About the Position**

The
**Senior Finance & Administration Manager**
is one of the key positions in the Brainster team! In addition to overseeing day-to-day operational control, this role carries a strategic responsibility within the finance department across the entire Brainster Group.

The position is centralized for all three operational units of Brainster – NU Academy, Brainster Next, and AI@Work. On a daily basis, the manager ensures financial reporting and monitoring of trends, as well as providing financial guidance to the management team. The
**Senior Finance & Administration Manager**
acts as a
**Business Partner**
to the senior management of the Brainster Group, is data driven and leads by example.

**Responsibilities**

- Prepare, analyze, and deliver timely monthly financial reports for all companies.
- Manage and oversee
**Pantheon ERP**
: check postings, invoices, bank statements, and periodic reports.
- Organize and improve processes for invoicing, payments, financial controls, and administration.
- Manage collections and receivables: monitor debtors, coordinate with notaries/enforcers, communicate with clients (including Bulk SMS).
- Oversee virtual
**POS**
systems and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Independent review and analysis of records and reports in Pantheon ERP to ensure their accuracy.
- Collaborate with the IT and data team on the development of collection systems, reporting, and automation; adapt processes to new business models emerging from Brainster Group’s innovative products.
- Coordinate with accounting on contracts, payroll, documentation, and compliance.
- Monitor bank accounts, cash flows, and prepare financial analyses and forecasts.
- Lead a team of three: set priorities, delegate tasks, monitor deadlines, and support team development.
- Actively support new projects and products with financial logistics and planning.
- Prepare visual reporting and to act as an advisor to Top Management regarding trends, needs and potential investments

**Ideal Candidate**

- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance.
- Excellent knowledge of
**Pantheon ERP**
or other financial software.
- Strong analytical skills and deadline-oriented.
- Proactive, agile, and capable of improving and optimizing processes.
- Experience in collections, invoicing, and financial operations management.
- Team leadership experience; mentoring skills and flexibility in guiding employees of varying seniority.
- Data-driven mindset and tech-savvy approach.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.
- Has the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the Upper management regarding current financial position of the group and the possibilities of investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and eager to work closely with the other managers and the Group Leadership team.
