who is an expert in
**Clay,**
as well as tools like
**Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
, and other sales intelligence platforms.
Your role is simple but mission-critical:
Build the
**right lists**
, with the
**right data**
, for the
**right ICPs**
.
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure every outreach campaign starts with elite-quality data. No appointment setting. No cold calls. Your craft is
**research, enrichment, segmentation and data accuracy**
.
Responsibillities:
LIST BUILDING AND RESEARCH
- Use
**Clay as the primary tool**
for advanced list building, enrichment, filtering, workflows, and automations.
- Build targeted prospect lists for clients in: Software, Industrial Automation, Robotics, AI, Medical Devices, Consumer Packaged Goods
- Conduct deep research to identify ideal buyers, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Extract, clean, deduplicate, and validate prospect data.
- Learn the clients' offering
- Leverage platforms like
**Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Sales Navigator**
and industry directories.
- Build ICP frameworks and ensure every list matches the buyer persona requirements.
- Maintain accuracy of CRM data (contacts, accounts, notes).
- Prepare lists for sequencing by ensuring correct fields, personalization variables, and metadata.
Reports & Insights:
- Present weekly reports on list quality, volume, segmentation logic, and ICP fit.
- Recommend new data sources, new Clay flows, and improvements to our research operations.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRMENTS:
- **Advanced experience with Clay.**
- Demonstrated expertise in list building, data enrichment, and sales tooling.
- 2-3 years of list building experience
- Strong understanding of sales terminology, ICP logic, buying committees, and market segmentation.
- Experience in
**Industrial, Engineering, Robotics, Software, or Automation**
markets (must).
- Excellent English (C1/C2 reading & writing).
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
Bonus:
- Experience managing complex research workflows in Clay.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Lemlist, Pipedrive) and outbound sequences.
- Previous work in an outbound agency or B2B sales environment.
