**Role Description**
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Key tasks include planning, coordinating, and supervising project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing leadership to deliver quality construction outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana.
**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and general Project Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
- Proven leadership and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in construction projects within real estate or residential development is an advantage
