We’re hiring a client-facing coordinator who can manage day-to-day client relationships, keep onboarding and ongoing requests moving, and maintain clean, reliable tracking in a CRM. This role blends strong communication with operational execution. You’ll be responsible for gathering required information, coordinating next steps, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while improving the underlying processes over time.
**What You’ll Do**
- Manage day-to-day client communication across email, messaging, and calls
- Lead client onboarding and keep ongoing requests moving
- Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date
- Track tasks, timelines, and internal handoffs
- Triage client requests and follow through until resolved
- Share progress updates with clients and internal teams
- Build SOPs, templates, and repeatable workflows
- Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
- Support content updates through tools like WordPress and Shopify
**Who We’re Looking For:**
- 2+ years in client success, account management, onboarding, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on CRM experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong on follow-through
- Comfortable learning new tools and solving basic issues
- Practical, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Bonus if you have experience with automation, SOPs, HTML, CMS tools, or marketing ops
