**What you bring:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent battle scars
- 4+ years of real hands - on development, ideally in SaaS
- Strong C# and TypeScript (or the ability to own them in weeks) – you pick up new tech fast
- Decent frontend skills (HTML, JS/TS, CSS); Angular experience is a big plus
- Solid experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- You communicate like a pro – explaining complex technical stuff clearly is second nature
- You love fast, agile, iterative development
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to own projects from idea to production
- Solution - driven, hands - on mentality and the drive to build something massive
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- True team player with experience in tight cross-functional collaboration
**What you’ll do:**
- Turn business requirements into features that make thousands of users smile
- Design, build, and run backend services & APIs with .NET, C#, and occasionally Go
- Jump into the frontend when needed (Angular modules, UX polish, whatever it
- takes)
- Build cloud - native, scalable, and secure systems on AWS
- Actively push for better performance, security, and code quality
- Tune MS SQL and PostgreSQL – schema design, query optimization, performance wins
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) daily to ship faster and smarter
- Write clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code – and constantly raise the bar
- Own quality – technically and functionally
- Ship small features fast and solo, tackle big projects together with the squad
