As an Administrative Executive, you will play a central role in supporting daily operations, with a particular focus on drafting and preparing professional valuation reports. You will act as a key administrative link between clients, third parties, and UK-based valuers, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Valuation Report Drafting – Core Priority**
- Draft, format, and proofread valuation reports to a high professional standard.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all documentation.
- Maintain structured templates and documentation processes.
**Daily Administrative Management**
- Manage a high volume of emails efficiently and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Coordinate calendars and appointments.
**Data & Portal Management**
- Input accurate data into internal systems and property portals.
- Maintain up-to-date property and valuation records.
- Ensure documentation is properly filed and easily retrievable.
**Coordination & Communication**
- Liaise with clients.
- Support the smooth flow of information across all stakeholders.
- Proactively flag issues or bottlenecks.
**Candidate Profile:**
**Essential**
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous administrative experience in a professional office environment.

- Experience in property, real estate, or valuation environments.
