**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tirana, with some work-from-home flexibility. As an Originator, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities in energy trading and supply. You will analyze and negotiate energy trading agreements, foster strong client relationships, and monitor market trends to drive strategic decisions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align trading strategies with the company’s business goals.
**Qualifications**
- Proven knowledge in energy trading, market analysis, and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities for client and partnership management.
- Proficiency in market assessment, risk management, and business development within the energy sector.
- Proficiency with industry tools, market platforms, and general requirements in energy trade operations is a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage hybrid work dynamics, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Energy Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in renewable energy or similar markets is highly advantageous.
