Kadiu Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and act as a strategic partner to our management team. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance management, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with Albanian labor laws and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies and advise on the implementation of company policies.
- Partner with department heads to support and implement HR initiatives.
- Lead recruitment processes, including job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and implement policies related to performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Oversee training strategies and programs to develop talent.
- Advise on compensation, promotions, benefits, and employee recognition.
- Monitor payroll, employee records, and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and handle grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare staff handbooks, regulations, and other HR documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Law, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Albanian labor code and HR best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in English (spoken, written, and translation).
- Very good computer skills.
