Remote Business Development Representative

Skills & Experience:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify, research, and prioritize target companies and key decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Hiring Managers) within the Tech sector.
- Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce and promote our augmented hiring services.
- Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads by understanding hiring needs, technical requirements, team structures, and alignment with our global talent model.
- Engage prospects with tailored, value-driven messaging that communicates our capabilities in global IT talent acquisition for North American companies.
- Schedule discovery calls, capability meetings, or intro calls for senior team members or Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM documentation of outreach activity, lead status, conversations, and relevant insights.
- Collaborate with sales, recruiting, and marketing to refine outreach messaging, ICPs, and cadence strategies based on performance data.
- Monitor hiring trends, tech market dynamics, and competitor offerings to continuously adapt outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed activity targets, pipeline-generation goals, and other KPIs.
**Job Requirements**
- 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Business Development — preferably selling services or solutions to Tech companies.
- Proven track record of successfully generating outbound pipeline, not just managing inbound leads.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior-level leaders (VPs, Directors, Heads of Talent, Engineering Managers) via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, staffing, talent acquisition services, or tech consulting is a strong asset.
- Strong research skills and the ability to personalize outreach based on company profiles, tech stacks, hiring needs, and market context.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with North American clients.
- Coachable, curious, and able to apply feedback quickly while experimenting with new outreach strategies.
- Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through.
