**Work Schedule:**

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a
**Finance & Administration Coordinator**

to streamline our financial operations and provide high-level executive support for our holding company and subsidiaries.

**The Role:**

This is a dual-impact role combining
**hands-on bookkeeping**

with
**strategic administrative coordination**

. You will ensure our financial records are powerhouse-accurate while keeping our international operations running like clockwork.

**Focus Areas:**

- **Finance:**

Manage bookkeeping, general ledgers, invoices, and expense tracking.
- **Reporting:**

Consolidate subsidiary data and assist with financial statements/tax prep.
- **Coordination:**

Manage executive calendars, international travel, and partner relations.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**

Solid background in accounting or financial operations.
- **Education:**

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- **Tech Skills:**

Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/Sage.
- **Language:**

Professional fluency in
**English**

is a must.
- **Mindset:**

Highly organized, discreet, and able to juggle multiple priorities independently.
