We’re hiring a
**Senior Performance Marketing Manager**
to own paid media across our B2B SaaS clients.
Not someone who manages ads.
Someone who manages CAC and pipeline.
You’ll define strategy, execute across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit and other relevant channels, and be fully accountable for performance.
**What You'll Own:**
- Paid strategy across multiple SaaS accounts
- Budget allocation tied to CAC and pipeline impact
- Testing roadmaps and scaling decisions
- CRM + attribution alignment
- Revenue-focused reporting (cost per opportunity, pipeline $, CAC)
- Direct communication with founders and marketing leads
You’ll manage multiple clients and own performance end-to-end.
**2027 Mindset Required**
Performance marketing has changed.
We expect you to:
- Integrate AI into campaign research, testing, and creative iteration
- Build prompt systems and structured experimentation frameworks
- Automate reporting and optimization workflows
- Reduce manual work through systems
- Document processes so wins become repeatable
AI is not optional here. It’s part of how we operate.
**What We'Re Looking For**
- 5+ years in paid media (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Google Ads
- Clear understanding of long B2B sales cycles
- Experience connecting paid performance to CRM + revenue
- Ownership mindset — you treat client budgets like your own
Bonus if you’ve built internal systems, automations, or worked closely with SaaS founders.
We work as an extension of our clients’ teams.
