**Junior Programmer**
whose role combines ownership of live sites, continuous operational improvement, and hands-on exposure to applied AI projects.
The core of the role is managing and optimizing our sites through a custom CMS, ensuring stability, accuracy, and performance.
Alongside this, team members who demonstrate strong technical ability and initiative will contribute to automation, system integrations, and AI-driven projects that enhance company-wide operations.
This role is designed for someone who wants to master the foundations first and then grow into more advanced engineering and AI-supported initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain multiple sites using a custom-built CMS, ensuring accuracy, stability, and performance
- Execute structured site updates, configurations, and technical adjustments
- Monitor site health, identify issues, and ensure proper escalation and resolution
- Understand how CMS changes impact tracking, data flow, and site performance
- Build and maintain automation scripts and internal tools using Python and Node.js
- Integrate internal systems and external services via REST APIs and webhooks
- Contribute to operational improvement projects that increase efficiency and reliability
- Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions into internal workflows and tools
- Assist in testing, validating, and deploying new technical features into production
- Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams on ongoing initiatives
**Requirements**
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Solid foundation in Python and Node.js
- Understanding of REST APIs, backend communication, and integrations
- Basic experience with SQL databases and Git
- Ability to reason about site behavior, data flow, and system interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
- Interest in automation and applied AI technologies
- 0–2 years of relevant hands-on experience
