6 Days per Week | 8 Hours per Day
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
- Present menus and explain food & beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Follow hygiene and safety standards as per restaurant policies
- Support team members during busy hours
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 25 45 years
- Minimum Qualification: Junior High School
- Good communication skills
- Basic English preferred
- Presentable personality and customer-focused attitude
- Previous hospitality experience preferred (but not mandatory if confident)
- Ready to relocate immediately
