Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a highly reliable and detail‑oriented **Amazon Vendor Central Product Specialist** to manage, upload, and maintain our product catalog within Amazon Vendor Central. The ideal candidate is experienced with Vendor Central workflows, excels in Excel and Google Sheets, and can work independently without supervision once tasks are assigned. This role requires diligence, accuracy, and consistent follow‑through to ensure all listings remain live, optimized, and fully compliant.
### Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and manage product listings in Amazon Vendor Central
- Ensure all items are live, accurate, and well‑maintained, including fixing errors, addressing listing suppressions, or submitting tickets
- Maintain product data sheets, pricing files, and templates using Excel and Google Sheets
- Troubleshoot listing issues, catalog conflicts, and compliance alerts
- Monitor Vendor Central performance metrics and take action as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather product information, images, and content updates
- Complete assigned tasks consistently and independently, without the need for close supervision
- Maintain high accuracy and organization across all catalog management activities
### Requirements
- Strong English communication skills at a Cf level
- Proven experience managing items in Amazon Vendor Central (required)
- Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, data organization, bulk uploads)
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets
- Ability to work diligently, independently, and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
