**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Karpoš. The Sales Specialist will focus on cold calling, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
**Role Responsibilities**
1. Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based trucking companies (fresh leads provided)
2. Present and sell one of our services in a confident and professional manner
3. Identify decision-makers and close deals
**Qualifications**
1. Experience in cold calling or selling products/services to the US market (required)
2. Strong English communication skills
3. Sales-driven mindset with a competitive attitude
4. Ability to work on-site in Skopje (14:30 – 22:30)
