We’re hiring a WordPress Designer to support a growing dental marketing agency.
This role is focused heavily on UI/UX and full website builds, not heavy custom coding. If you’re someone who understands layout, spacing, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design and can execute clean builds inside WordPress this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design clean, modern, conversion-focused layouts
- Build complete WordPress websites from scratch
- Work primarily with Elementor + GeneratePress
- Turn wireframes or ideas into structured, polished pages
- Ensure responsive execution (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Perform proper QA before launch (spacing, alignment, responsiveness)
- Collaborate with SEO and content team
**What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)**
- Strong UI/UX understanding (portfolio required)
- Live website examples you personally built
- Experience building full websites (not just editing sections)
- Solid Elementor experience
- Experience with GeneratePress (big plus)
- Detail-oriented you notice spacing and alignment issues instantly
- Good communication and reliability
**Important**
: This is not a heavy custom development role. You don’t need deep plugin or backend architecture skills — but you must execute clean, structured builds.
**Compensation**
- $1,500 – $1,840 per month (full-time equivalent, 160 hours)
- Or hourly equivalent depending on availability
- Start with paid trial project(s)
- Open for long-term collaboration (part-time or full-time)
