**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Skopje. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, serving as a primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to execute campaigns, monitoring project timelines, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also includes identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and assisting in developing strategies to meet business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Strong account management and client relationship management skills
- Experience in brand strategy, consulting, and campaign planning
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, paid campaigns, and performance marketing
- Flexibility with creative and design concepts and experience in content creation
- Proficiency in performance tracking and analyzing marketing metrics
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Previous agency experience and knowledge of the local market in Skopje are advantageous
