The Property & Workplace team manage several buildings across the UK and North Macedonia, providing facilities for c.800 employees as well as multiple tenants. Working with our partners and supply chain, we keep the building’s mechanical & electrical systems online to ensure our staff can keep our network running, as well as reception, car parking, catering, security, all whilst ensuring our colleagues and visitors have a great experience. We are also responsible for income to the business from commercial tenants and ensure we comply our own contractual obligations to landlords, as well as holding our landlords and partners to account.
As part of this role, you’ll be:
- Responsible for a safe environment, ensuring both PXC and out suppliers follow guidelines and regulations in accordance with local law and proactively resolving issues within the office
- Organising social and company events
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and in house teams on financial matters.
- Raising Purchase orders and processing invoices
- Administrating property databases, making sure our information is up to date and spend is tracked
- mplementing and improving our security processes to keep our buildings secure & comply with required standards.
- Responsible for colleague experience in the office, including parking, office equipment, layout and onboarding
- Overseeing performance of suppliers related to the Skopje office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in work.
- A great relationship builder and able to influence safety behaviour across suppliers and employees.
- A good understanding of compliance requirements related to property and health and safety.
**Desirable**
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally property or health and safety
- Proven experience on continuous process improvement
- Experience in supplier management
