**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE Projects Assistant located in Tirana. The MICE Projects Assistant will provide support in planning, organizing, and executing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE).
**Responsibilities**
**include**
:
- Managing client communications,
- Coordinating with local suppliers,
- Assisting clients and the MICE manager in project creation, support and creative solutions
- Performing research to enrich the product offering
- Handling logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects through on the ground assistance
- Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates.
**Qualifications**
- Event planning, coordination, and project management skills in MICE-related projects
- Strong research and organizational skills, with attention to logistics and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in digital tools, such as MS Office, Power Point with a focus visibly creative presentations.
- **Fluency in English is required**
; additional language skills, especially in Italian or other European languages, are advantageous
- Knowledge of Albania’s culture, destinations, trendy venues and offerings is desirable
- Relevant education qualifications such as a degree in Event Management, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields are a plus.
