Finance and Procurement Support Analyst (Vendor Management Analyst)
Location: Skopje
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Positions: Medior Analyst

Key Responsibilities
-Provide 1st-level support to users for finance and procurement systems, including problem analysis, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
-Accurately diagnose issues using IT support and remote tools, escalating complex cases when needed.
-Follow up on open incidents to ensure timely resolution and excellent user support.
-Assist in the implementation of a new global Finance & Procurement ERP solution, including hyper-care support for end-users.
-Create and document change requests for new features requested by business users.
-Test new software functionalities and support the development team during releases.
-Maintain and improve knowledge-base documentation.
-Gather and analyze data related to vendor management, IT assets, and finance/procurement flows.
-Support or lead client projects (depending on experience), including reviewing software contracts, vendor options, and IT-related financial data.
-Contribute to developing efficient and transparent vendor management processes.
What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, IT, or equivalent experience.
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to explain solutions clearly and simply.
-Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
-Knowledge of accounting principles, finance flows, or procurement processes is a strong advantage.
-Motivation, structure, discipline, and a collaborative mindset.
-Interest or experience in software licensing, vendor management, IT asset management, or ITIL is a plus.
-Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Navision, or financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP BPC) is a bonus.
